The use of this website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data is collected on my pages (e.g., via server logs or the contact form), this is always done on a voluntary basis or is technically necessary. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.
3. Hosting: Netlify
This website is hosted by Netlify, a service of Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, California 94104 ("Netlify"). When you visit my website, Netlify automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer (so-called server log files). This includes, among other things, your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the time of the request. This data collection is technically necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). The server log files are generally deleted automatically by Netlify after 30 days. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which ensures an adequate level of data protection when transferring data to the USA. 4. Contact Form
If you send me a message via the contact form, your details (name, email address, message) will be stored by me for the purpose of processing your request. The processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for achieving the purpose. The form data is processed via Netlify Forms and stored on Netlify servers.
5. Cookies
This website does not use cookies. Neither first-party nor third-party cookies are set. No tracking takes place.
6. SSL/TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL/TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to me cannot be read by third parties.
7. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin, recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, as well as a right to correct, block, or delete this data (Art. 15–21 DSGVO).
